Meg Montford established Abilities Enhanced®, a career services firm, in 1999 to offer career coaching around the globe. She assists sales and marketing executives and professionals who want to make radical career changes, plus many others who are attracted to her pragmatic coaching style. Before starting her own business, Meg worked several years as a recruiter, job developer and career consultant.

Contributing to 17 nationally published books, Meg has also authored several career-related print and online articles. She has been quoted by national and local media, including The Wall Street Journal, Sales & Marketing Management Magazine, Diversity Inc., Yahoo! Hot Jobs and the Kansas City Star. She has been featured as a career issues expert on local FOX and NBC television news programs. ExecuNet chose Meg as the Executive Career Coach for the winner of their October 2004 contest, as did Monster.com for their May 2001 executive sweepstakes.

Meg graduated from Career Coach Institute and Corporate Coach University. Her credentials include Master Certified Career Coach (Career Coach Institute), Career Management Fellow (Institute of Career Certification International) and Certified Professional Resume Writer (PARWCC). She holds a BA from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

Meg serves as an Officer of the Board for Association of Career Professionals International following five years of leadership roles at chapter and USA Board levels.
