After a distinguished Law Enforcement career, specifically with the renowned London Metropolitan Police, Scotland Yard and RCMP as a Detective specializing in Anti-Terrorism, Martin retired from the RCMP in 1991. He started Elite Resumes where he has since expanded his knowledge to complete career management for executives from outplacement through to recruitment.

Martin is trained in administering several assessment tests used to identify specific skills and assist in matching these skills to jobs.
