gracekutney Grace Kutney has been a career development professional in higher education for more than 11 years.  Born in the Philippines and raised in Vancouver, Canada, Grace moved to Wisconsin in 2001 to join the Career Center at Lawrence University. She specializes in working with undergraduate students with little-to-no work experience and with international student populations. Grace has successfully combined her passion for career counseling with her interest in technology to create and maintain multiple websites, manage a career library and utilize Web 2.0 to bring career development to Gens X and Y. In 2007, Grace launched Sweet Careers, a not-for-profit website, Twitter account and career consulting service.  Her use of screen casting tools to provide free resume and cover letter reviews to college students and recent graduates has helped to earn Sweet Careers a strong reputation as a trusted resource for 20-somethings. Grace is one of the original contributors to the CAREEREALISM Twitter Advice Project (TAP) and has been a guest author on several career blogs.  Her work has been featured in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Entry Level Careers Examiner and Image@Work. Sweet Careers, along with its accompanying Twitter account, @sweetcareers, are frequently ranked on lists of career experts to read and follow.
