Andy Robinson
A 15-year executive career coaching veteran, Andy Robinson is CEO and Managing Principal of CRG Leadership Institute LLC (“CRG”), a firm offering executive and leadership development coaching, executive brand strategy coaching, and career transition coaching targeted toward helping business leaders, practice leaders, team leaders and business owners achieve lasting career success. Andy’s corporate clients include major banks and wealth management firms, Fortune 500 financial services companies, major media firms, hospitality companies and a wide variety of small and medium sized businesses nationwide. His individual clients include executives, business leaders and business owners nationwide from a variety of industries.
Prior to joining CRG, Andy was the National Director of Colleague Development in the Financial Advisory Services line of business at the firm now known as PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC (“PwC”), an international professional services firm with over 50,000 employees worldwide. Andy spent over 10 years at PwC, where he was responsible for (1) developing and implementing human resource development programs, (2) developing and implementing effective recruiting and retention practices, and (3) developing training programs for management consulting professionals.
Andy currently hosts the blog-site, Career Success Partners (www.CareerSuccessPartners.com) and is co-host of the Career Success Radio Show on www.ExceptionalWisdomRadio.com. He is an author, frequent speaker, and professional trainer on the topics of career development, career planning and career success. He is member of the International Coach Federation
Andy received his BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia and his MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology. His civic and community activities have included leadership and board positions with the American Diabetes Association and the American Cancer Society. Andy has also served on the boards of a number of local non-profit organizations in his hometown community of Naples, Florida. He is a competitive triathlete, road cyclist and elite masters track cyclist and coaches Juniors Road Racing programs in Southwest Florida.
